What to do when you have reached a Fitness Plateau

Are frustrated with your daily workouts, because seeing the same results at the end of the week? Or upset that don’t work at all fitness activities? Well, you may have just reached a fitness plateau.

A plateau is a State when there is no progress in your daily routine. It is often characterized by the inability to gain or lose weight. Both of these symptoms are psychological responses of the body. These are just some of the effects that one experiences after a series of daily workouts. It is very important to have adequate rest and sleep during the day. Seven to eight hours of sleep is enough to recover a lot of strength that is lost during daily activities.
